Starting at 9:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 29, 2025 and ending by 2:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, March 30, 2025, scheduled maintenance will be conducted as part of our commitment to ensure the reliability and security of your TrueCommerce services. Maintenance for B2B Gateway will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET on March 29, 2025 and end by 2:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
During this maintenance period you will experience an interruption in your service, including the following applications and services: TrueCommerce Trading Network, ecUtopia Portal, B2BGateway, TrueCommerce Foundry platform and TrueCommerce Foundry applications such as Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Product Manager, Pulse and AMP. During this maintenance period, access to TrueCommerce applications will not be available.
Transmissions sent to TrueCommerce via direct connections, such as AS2 and TrueCommerce’s hosted sFTP and FTP, will not be accepted until the first stage of the maintenance period ends (approximately 9:30 p.m. ET). Upon completion of the first maintenance stage, all direct connections will be accepted and all queued up transmissions will be processed.

We want to inform your organization of a planned update and maintenance event for the TrueCommerce Foundry platform, scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2025. The release will complete our Globalization updates, enhancing the platform’s capabilities to better support your business. Key enhancements include the ability to set:
• Language preference– Set and view the Foundry platform, and its applications, in English (US), English (UK), German, French, Spanish, or Dutch • UI Culture preference - Updates the display format of dates, times, and numbers to the selected format. Available formats include English (US), English (UK), German, French, Spanish, and Dutch.
The platform maintenance event is scheduled to begin at 5:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, and is expected to conclude by 9:00 a.m. ET on the same day. During this maintenance period, the TrueCommerce Foundry platform and its applications, including Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Pulse, and the Account Management Portal, will not be accessible. Scheduled and manual outbound document transmissions will not occur. The TC.net Trading Partner Network will also be unavailable during this time - any EDI Transmissions sent by Trading Partners between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 will be returned as undeliverable. All transactions can be resent after the maintenance period concludes and will be processed normally.
