We will be performing a TrueCommerce Foundry product update on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. ET to 7:00 a.m. ET. This scheduled release is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of TrueCommerce Foundry and Transaction Manager.

During the maintenance window, you will be temporarily unable to access TrueCommerce Foundry applications, including Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Pulse, and other related applications. A maintenance notification will be displayed on the login screen until the update is complete.

Please note that this update will not impact the TrueCommerce Trading Network. All transactions will continue to process normally during the maintenance period.

No action is required on your part, and you shouldn’t notice any changes to your day‑to‑day experience.
