We want to inform your organization of a planned update and maintenance event for the TrueCommerce Foundry platform, scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2025. The release will complete our Globalization updates, enhancing the platform’s capabilities to better support your business. Key enhancements include the ability to set:
• Language preference– Set and view the Foundry platform, and its applications, in English (US), English (UK), German, French, Spanish, or Dutch • UI Culture preference - Updates the display format of dates, times, and numbers to the selected format. Available formats include English (US), English (UK), German, French, Spanish, and Dutch.
The platform maintenance event is scheduled to begin at 5:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, and is expected to conclude by 9:00 a.m. ET on the same day. During this maintenance period, the TrueCommerce Foundry platform and its applications, including Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Pulse, and the Account Management Portal, will not be accessible. Scheduled and manual outbound document transmissions will not occur. The TC.net Trading Partner Network will also be unavailable during this time - any EDI Transmissions sent by Trading Partners between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 will be returned as undeliverable. All transactions can be resent after the maintenance period concludes and will be processed normally.
