We will be performing a TrueCommerce Foundry Product Update on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 6:30 am ET to 8:30 am ET. This release is a part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the reliability and performance of TrueCommerce Foundry and Transaction Manager. Platform updates include technology architectural updates for performance scaling, security updates, and enhancements for in app engagement.
During this update, you will be unable to access the TrueCommerce Foundry applications, including Transaction Manager,Th Pack & Ship, Pulse, and others. You will see a maintenance notification upon visiting the login screen until the update is complete. This update will not impact the TrueCommerce Trading Network (VAN). Any transactions received from a trading partner during this period will be queued for processing immediately following the update.
