We are pleased to share an update regarding continued investment in your TrueCommerce experience. TrueCommerce is executing a significant upgrade in the infrastructure powering the TrueCommerce network to support the continued growth of the TrueCommerce network. This upgrade will deliver enhanced system performance, greater scalability and improved uptime and disaster recovery capabilities.
This infrastructure upgrade does require scheduled system maintenance beginning at 9:00 pm ET on June 14, 2025 and concluding by 2:00 AM ET on Sunday, June 15, 2025. During this maintenance period your organization will experience an interruption in your service, including the following applications and services: TrueCommerce Trading Network, ecUtopia Portal, TrueCommerce Foundry platform and TrueCommerce Foundry applications such as Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Pulse and AMP. During this maintenance period, access to TrueCommerce applications will not be available and transaction exchanges with the network will be impacted. For any trading partners sending messages via AS2, we ask that they retry the messages for any failed transmissions during the maintenance period.
