We will be performing maintenance one week ahead of the previous scheduled window to apply a critical infrastructure update. Maintenance will be this Saturday, April 25th and there will be no maintenance window next Saturday, May 2nd.

Starting at 8:00 PM ET on Sat., April 25th and ending by 1:00 AM ET on Sun., April 26th, scheduled maintenance will be conducted as part of our commitment to ensure the reliability and security of your TrueCommerce services.

During this maintenance, you will experience an interruption in your service including the TrueCommerce Trading Network (VAN), the online version of Transaction Manager, the Customer Center, and the TrueCommerce Foundry platform. Any EDI Transmissions sent between 8:00pm and 1:00am will be returned as undeliverable. All transactions can be resent after the maintenance period concludes and will be processed normally.
